Norma Explores started back in 2022 when I, Rosie, moved into Norma, our tiny home on wheels with my partner, Mike.

 

Together we started exploring our local area and it sent me on an entirely new life path. In the Summer of 2023 I bought Mac, a little van I wanted to convert into a micro-camper for solo trips. I run a retail business in North Norfolk, and I split my time between shop-keeper life and little research trips in my campervan.

For many years I wanted to follow in my Grandfather's footsteps and write local history books. The only difference is my interest lay in the local history of all of the UK's villages! I am far too easily interested in new places and so far I have covered many counties in Southern England, East Anglia, and the Midlands. Next I hope to start travelling north and eventually into Scotland and Wales.​
